Estonian Princess Baby Blanket pattern designed by Sami Kaplan of FabuKnits.
This beautiful blanket uses a traditional Estonian stitch pattern. The coordinating decorative lace edging is not Estonian, but it makes for an easier project by knitting it alongside the main portion of the blanket. No-sew pattern!
Skills used are YO, k2tog, SSK and nupps.

Charted and written instructions are provided, as well as instructions for adjusting width.

Difficulty: Intermediate
Finished Measurement: 36” x 40”

Gauge is not crucial, larger needles and thicker yarn will make a larger blanket.
Tip: Use 2 row counters to keep track of center panel and edging.

Yarn weight: DK / 8 ply (11 wpi)
Gauge: 22 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches in Stockinette stitch
