Every situation is different, so if you are extremely unhappy we can work something out. We provide detailed descriptions on all of our items. Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy and we will work to resolve the issue.

In most cases we will accept returns if you are unhappy, although the cost of shipping either way will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that our pieces are delicate and handcrafted. Please treat them with care to avoid damage and follow the care instructions provided with your item. All of our items are handmade and repurposed so each individual item will vary.

We are absolutely not responsible for items after they are shipped. We will provide a tracking number for all of our orders, if there is a delay the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS for all inquiries. You are welcome to purchase insurance, just let us know before you complete your order and we will upgrade your shipping. Priority mail insures up to $50.

Shipping policies

All items ship via USPS first class mail. Please let us know if you would like insurance. We are NOT responsible for packages once they leave our hands if you do not request and purchase insurance. We provide a tracking number for every order and it is the responsibility of the buyer to inquire with the USPS if a package is delayed. We will always ship to the address listed on your order, please double check to make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for any incorrect address listing.

Shipping upgrade via priority mail available upon request! This does include up to $50 insurance.

We use very delicate chains and charms in our pieces. We do not recommend showering or sleeping in any of our pieces to protect your jewelry! Natural gemstones are delicate as well. Please be sure to keep all jewelry away from direct contact with perfumes and lotions, as they can possibly damage or discolor beads and metals. If you would like to cleanse your crystals, we highly suggest moonlight and not sunlight, as sun can damage and fade some gemstones.
