Description

We are pleased to present our Gold Collection! These cell phone purses are made from vintage Japanese wedding kimono or tomesode kimono. The age of the kimono range from the 1940’s -1950’s.

This cell phone purse is made from vintage Japanese kimono silk. It may be worn to hang from the shoulder or cross-body. We gently deconstruct whole kimono and re-purpose the most attractive and useable panels of the garment. You are purchasing the actual cell phone purse pictured. But you may see similar listings of other purses made from the same panel, however the placement of images will not be identical to yours. The reverse side of each purse is made from black kimono silk obi (belt or sash).

Each purse is lined and has an outside matching lined pocket. On the inside, we have sewn in a credit/atm card sized pocket for your credit/atm card, I.D., and a bit of cash. There is a matching velcro tab that keeps your contents safely tucked in place.

Unless otherwise stated, all of our cell phone purses can hold the iPhone plus sizes and the large Samsung type phones. For reference this one is pictured with an iPhone 7 Plus encased in a Mophie charger.

This heirloom accessory makes the perfect gift for the person on-the-go, heading for a quick trip to the store, travel, cruising, casino nights, concerts, stadium events, plus more...
