The quote, "Children are the most beautiful flowers of all" from Oscar Wilde's "The Selfish Giant," inspired the art for this print. My great-niece Aine is the little girl in it. She is at her essence a beautiful flower. Aine's name in Gaelic means "queen of the fairies." I wrestled with the idea of putting wings on her in the illustration. In the end, I chose to let the art speak about the significance and spirit of real children.

Image size is 6" x 8.5" and paper size is 8 x10. Printed on archival paper, the colors are vivid and true. It looks fabulous in any standard 8x10 frame.

Print will come signed and dated by the artist (me!) and packed in a clear cello sleeve with cardboard to avoid bending in transit.
