This listing is for a set of 6 holiday thank you flat note cards and matching, lined envelopes. Each flat 4bar note measures 4 7/8 by 3 1/2 inches. In the set of six you get three sage and three chartreuse, along with three chartreuse and three moss envelopes. Each card is hand-stamped with red and gold metallic inks and each envelope is lined with a matching argyle print paper. The argyle paper has sage, chartreuse, and moss greens printed on red paper with gold details.

These note cards are ready to send! Shipping & handling is for first class mail; please convo me first if you'd like a shipping upgrade to priority for $5.

So pleased with these prints! They are stunning in person -- the photos don't quite do them justice. If you are a fan of Marie Antoinette, the film, Kirsten Dunst, or Sofia Coppola, you really need to have these. Seller was responsive and personable, and she shipped the items quickly and carefully. They were lovingly wrapped in tissue, too. Many thanks!

★DESIGN★ Once you've decided you'd like to work with me, please purchase the $50 design fee ($15-35 for save-the-date and most non-wedding orders) that you'd like to use as a starting point. (For BRAND NEW DESIGNS, please contact me first for a custom quote; the design fee will depend on the amount of design work involved.) I'll be in touch with you within 24 hours to collect all of your information, colors, and any changes you'd like to see. A digital proof will then be sent via Etsy convo or email within 1 to 2 business days.

★PAPER PROOFS★ If you'd like to see a paper proof of your design before your order is printed, the charge is $15; please allow about a week for this extra step in the process. Please look at your digital and paper proofs very carefully! While I pride myself on my attention to detail, mistakes do happen (invitations are complex creatures!); Color Bird Studio will not be held financially responsible for any errors on the final order that you notice *after* printing & assembly has commenced.

★PRINTING & ASSEMBLY (or, P&A)★ Once you've approved the digital/paper proof of your design, I will create a custom listing for you for your order balance, which will be required to proceed with production and assembly (10% discount will be applied to orders of 150 cards/sets or more!). P&A takes approximately 10 days to 2 weeks from the time of final approval and payment (NOT from the date you start the design process). Depending on how long the design and proofing stages take, it may take up to 5 or 6 weeks for your order to be completed, from the design stage to having your assembled invites in-hand and ready to send to your guests!

★RUSH ORDERS★ Because I'm subject to the school schedules, numerous winter colds, and general whims of my two young children, I cannot typically accommodate rush orders - thank you for your patience! Please refer to the general turn-around guidelines in each listing; convo me with any questions or concerns BEFORE placing your order - thank you!

★Sounds great, but how much is this gonna cost me?★
The $5 per "set" price on most wedding invitation designs includes the following (see optional extras below): an invite printed full-color front & back on a variety of paper options (deduct $.25 per piece - invite & RSVP - for front-printing only), typically 100 lb or heavier card stock (the paper stock varies by design; some paper types include an additional fee), a 4bar response card OR 4x6 response postcard (again, this varies by design), and corresponding square-flap envelopes in white or ivory with return address printing included ($3 per set for invite + outer envelope only), plus complete assembly.

★Optional Extras★

$1 per set
Each additional enclosure card (A2 or 4bar); please note that I do not design map cards.

$.75 each - 2" belly bands, designed and printed to coordinate with your design; price includes adhesive and assembly.

$.50 each - 2" stickers for belly band closure and/or envelopes.

$.30-$.65 each - European pointed flap envelopes (4bar, A2, A7, #10/business open end, etc.) in any of my basic color choices; return address printing is NOT included in this price.

$.75 - 2" x 8" wrap-around address labels

Returns & exchanges

Please contact me if you have any issues whatsoever with your order. Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot exchange customized stationery or invitations. Color Bird Studio will not be held financially responsible for any errors from the final digital or paper proof, approved by you (please double and triple check your digital and paper proofs!), that are noticed after final payment has been invoiced and printing & assembly have begun. If you opt out of the paper proof, please check your digital proof very carefully and keep in mind that the printed color may vary from what you see on your computer screen.

★How long does your process take?★
After you purchase a design fee, I'll get in touch with you within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), usually within a few hours, to gather all of your info, colors, etc. It then takes me 1-2 business days to produce a digital proof. You have up to 3 rounds of revisions. The duration of the design/proofing stage is largely up to you - I can usually get edits back to you within the business day so obviously the process moves more quickly the quicker you can get back to me. Once the digital or paper proof has been approved (paper proofs are available for $15 and add about a week to the overall process) and your final payment has been received, printing & assembly will take 10 days to 2 weeks to complete (from the time of final approval and payment, NOT from the date you placed the order/purchased a design fee). Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days from there. Overall the process for wedding invites from design to having your invites in-hand typically takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. In my shop, I use the word "set" or "suite" to refer to the invitation ensemble, which typically includes an invite, an outer envelope, a response card, and a response envelope. So one "set" includes, basically, one invitation. A good rule of thumb for how many invitations (or "sets") to order is 1/2 of your total, individual guest list + 25. So for example, if you're inviting 200 guests, you should order approximately 125 invitations!

★What kind of paper do you use?★
Each design is typically paired with a specific paper type by me but this detail is of course fully customizable. Your options include the following:

My designs are now digitally printed on HP Indigo Press systems. I have all of my products sent to me, however, so I continue to maintain 100% quality control. I will be the one to inspect and assemble your final invitations or stationery before I send it along to you!
