A simple cluster of 3 flowers can make a beautiful statement on a wedding cake. This was inspired by a wedding order that I recently worked on. Hibiscus flowers are a perfect destination wedding flower, but are very fragile and wilt quite easily, so clay cake flowers are a great option.

These flowers were featured on Anna and Blue Paperie's blog and most recently on Hostess with the Mostess blog!

This listing is for a handcrafted, MADE TO ORDER set of 3 hibiscus flowers, two half open hibiscus (roughly 3" in diameter) and 1 fully open (approximately 4" in diameter). The picture shows 2 fuchsia pink hibiscus with orange and yellow details and a bright orange with pink, orange and yellow details. Please note that this item takes 2-3 weeks leadtime plus 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Please specify the color of hibiscus you would like upon check out.

Note to buyer: Please advise your cake person not to place the flower on the cake until it goes out for display for your wedding reception. To clean the flower, simply use a damp paper towel to wipe off excess frosting/cake and then wipe completely dry.

The flower was handcrafted by the artist featured on the Martha Stewart Show, utilizing CLAYCRAFT by DECO Soft Clay to form lifelike flowers one petal at a time. The artist's work has been featured in In Style Weddings magazine, TheKnot.com, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, Brides.com and most recently in the latest issue of Southern Weddings Magazine, Flower Magazine, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons and Inside Weddings. The artist has been creating clay flowers for 10 years.
