We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products you receive from our Etsy store! However, we do realize that sometimes you may purchase items you realize you do not need or you change your mind regarding your purchase.

HairBow Center does accept returns for refund. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original transaction date to receive a refund due to payment processor policies. All returned items must be unused and in original condition as received. Once your return is received by HairBow Center a refund will be processed within 15 days. Refunds will be less a 15% restocking fee.

Please include a copy of your packing slip stating that you are returning the item(s) for refund.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you are needing a different item, please return the item you do not need back to us as described above and simply place a new order for the item(s) you are needing instead.

*Original shipping costs will not be refunded in part or in whole for items returned for refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Closeout and discontinued items are not eligible for return. All sales are final on closeout and discontinued items.
