Payments
All our prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax in Kenya. However, the customer will ultimately be responsible for all taxes and customs levies/duties levied at the point of entry to their destination.

Returns and exchange details
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may notify us and return it within 7 days of delivery in the original packaging. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. The price of the item(s) will be refunded when we have received it in its original condition, but shipping costs and will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If we made a mistake on an order, the item(s) may be returned and we will ship a replacement at our own expense.
Shipping policies
Items are being shipped from Africa specifically Kenya.We will use the registered local Post service to courier the product but you may specify your choice of freight company in case you have any preferences.We also offer express shipping through DHL.The items will be shipped in a padded envelope and a jewelry bag.
We ship everyday,the product will be received between 7-14 working days depending on the country.You may experience some delays, the product may take up to 21 working days to arrive.Such a delay is caused on the recipients end through customs which is beyond us.Please be patient.During the holiday season you will receive your order between 4-7 days.
You can choose to insure the items,which shall be insured upon request at an extra cost.This facility is only available if your using a courier company at 1.5% the value of the product.
