This necklace features "Velocipede".

Velocipede (Latin for "fast foot") is an umbrella term for any human-powered land vehicle with one or more wheels. The most common type of velocipede today is the bicycle.
The term 'velocipede' was first coined by Frenchman Nicéphore Niépce in 1818 to describe his version of the Laufmaschine that was invented by the German Karl Drais in 1817. The term 'velocipede' is today, however, mainly used as a collective term for the different forerunners of the monowheel, the bicycle, the dicycle, the tricycle and the quadcycle that were developed between 1817 and 1880.~en.wikipedia.org

****Why MADE IN USA?****
New metal jewelry components made and plated in the USA DO NOT CONTAIN LEAD, either in the base OR the plating. They are plated under strict regulations for the jewelry trade in this country. USA MADE and FINISHED does indeed cost more. But you know the old adage, "You get what you pay for".
