Returns and exchange details

For hygienic reasons, all sales are final for products. No Refunds or exchanges.

However we honor any exchanges and any defective products and/or incorrect items sent by human error. We will ask for you to provide proof before an exchange can be determined. You must submit a request within 3 days of receiving your product (via the delivered tracking date or your claim will be void).

Please note we have tried to display and describe all products on this site as accurately as possible. Some variation in the appearance of actual product color may result due to the use of differing monitors and color gamuts. We are not responsible for differences in color due to differing monitor settings.

Melting Warning:
We are not responsible for melted products due to heat. Please keep your product in a cool place. If melted upon arrival please allow the product to cool. It will form back to its original form. Unfortunately, a melted lip product does not constitute as a defective product and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Separation:
Due to our products being paraben-free, separation is normal. Simply stir the wand in the bottle, and your product should be good to go.

Lost Packages within US
If the product is lost you should immediately report this to us. We will contact USPS to help you find your shipment. If Shipment is indeed lost. You will have to file a claim with USPS. Once the issue is resolved and refunded between Queenie Skin & Cosmetics and USPS . We will gladly re-send your item. We are not responsible for USPS waiting times. However will do all we can to accommodate our customers.

Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Queenie Skin & Cosmetics will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
