Returns and exchange details

No refunds, however if an item is damaged in route, contact Jen's Scraps within 24 hours of the date of delivery and provide a photo of the damaged item for a replacement. Packaging and damaged piece may be needed for claim.

We have a 1 hour cancellation policy. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel.

Shipping policies

HOLIDAY ORDERS: All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you would like your order processed sooner, I would suggest purchasing the RUSH Order listing to move your order to the front of the line. Orders are being shipped 2-5 business days after purchase via Priority Mail (in most cases). I cannot provide any guarantees for the post office, please take into consideration the holiday rush for both businesses, and USPS.

Off Season orders: Most Items will be shipped the day after the order is completed. Jen's Scraps ships via USPS priority mail on most things. If you are local, we can arrange for pickup - convo us for a coupon code. Etsy seller fees, PayPal fees, and direct checkout fees may be included in shipping charges.

*Please note that once I have shipped your package and it has been accepted by the post office, it is out of my hands. If there are delays please contact your local post office or USPS Customer Service. With the tracking number they will be able to help you locate and deliver your package.

Yes, it is a natural stone, so they are as absorbent as the tile will allow, the more porous, the more absorbent.
Wipe with damp cloth, do not submerge in water.
Due to the nature of these coasters and how they have to be packaged for shipment, we do not offer gift wrapping.
No. The process in transferring the images uses heat, and imbeds the image into the stone. No sealing is required and your coasters should last a lifetime.
No. The image is transferred directly to the stone using heat, no other coating is placed over the image.
The images are transferred via heat. Keep in mind that they are transferred just as I receive them. If they are blurry they will transfer blurry. If they’re dark, they’ll be dark, light they’ll be light, low resolution, then they may be difficult to make out, etc. I cannot do magic on the images received.
