This scraper is a wonder addition to a baker’s tool collection. It’s curved shape is perfect for scraping sourdough or any bread dough out of proofing bowl.
DETAILS:
• The dough scraper is approximately 5 inches by 3 inches
• The scrapers are available in walnut, maple, birdseye maple, sapele and cherry wood.
• All scrapers are hand shaped and finished so each one is unique.
• Perfect for the home baker who wants to show off with custom made kitchen tools
• Each scraper was hand cut, sanded and lightly finished with all natural walnut oil and beeswax.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Hand wash only! Putting the scraper in the dishwasher will cause it to warp and crack.
• The scraper can be lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper and refinished with mineral oil or beeswax to bring back its shine.

It's beautiful! Super fast delivery, no damage so it was well packaged. Beautifully made and fits perfectly in my hand. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I am looking forward to Saturday when I make my bread! Updated review: I have used this multiple times now and I love it! It's easy to maneuver, sturdy, and versatile. I would definately buy again!
