EDITABLE TEMPLATES: an email was sent to the email address you have on file from "orders@corjl.com". The item itself is NOT on Etsy.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: if you go to your Etsy "purchases" section and search for "Sincerely By Nicole" you will find your order. Located next to the order is a button that says "download files". Click this button and you will be taken to another screen.
* Please note Etsy does not allow downloading to digital devices. All items MUST be downloaded through a desktop or laptop

ALL items in my shop are a form of digital file. Nothing is printed or shipped to you.

If your order is for an editable template you will edit, download, and print your item.

If your order is a digital print you will download and print your file.

No worries at all. I just send me your preferred address and I can forward your template ASAP!

Alternatively: find your order number here on Etsy by going to your "purchases and reviews" section and choosing "view receipt". Copy the order number (do not include #). Open www.corjl.com and enter your order number. Create an account or log into an existing account!

If you know how to print on pre cut sheets you are more than welcome to. Please just understand that this is a difficult process and since I am unfamiliar with different types of printer I would not be able to help with troubleshooting when it comes to printing. If you have questions about the design itself I am more than happy to help.

If you are running into issues with items not loading please log onto your desktop/laptop and try using Corjl with Google Chrome.

I am here to help but please understand that I am just the designer of these items. I am well versed in Corjl, but please be aware that I do not have answers to every question. Sometime I need to contact Corjl and sort it out with them which may take a day or so.

Please just keep in mind that I am a single person running a business and that I am trying my best.

FONT NAMES:
I do not disclose font names (even for items that have been purchased). I work directly with the artist to obtain a specific license to sell something that someone else types with (for Corjl) and a specific license to sell items in digital formats (prints). This is a way to protect my business and prevent copyright infringement with the original font artist. Thank you for understanding.

WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE __?
All of the pictures in my shop are mock up images used to display my products. With that being said, I do not know where the items in the image come from.

DUPLICATING AN ITEM:
In Corjl there will be a double rectangle in between the magnifying glass and the trash can right above the template. This will allow you to duplicate the item and create as many as needed.

* PLEASE NOTE the more you add the longer it will take Corjl to load. Just contact me if you have this issue and I will happily add another blank template to your order to get things running smoothly again

PRINTING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT DESGINS PER PAGE:
To print multiple different designs per page:
1. download as PDF
2. select "print multiple per page if possible"
3. select "show trim marks if you would like cutting guides"
4. select "tile different design" (it will be a teal switch right above the PDF preview!)

I do not offer refunds on my items if the item has been edited or downloaded.

If a refund has been issued, I will no longer be able to help with the editing process, offer any additional help, or answer any additional messages. Once a refund has been issued, the transaction will be considered complete on both ends.

If a refund is issued, access to the template will be terminated immediately.

Items in my shop may NOT be used for commercial purposes. Reselling the items in my shop in any format (template, digital, physical, or other means) is strictly prohibited.

I am incredibly lenient with my downloads and expiration dates, so usage is monitored on a DAILY BASIS.

If there is reason to suspect commercial usage I will reach out via Etsy messaging. If I do not hear back from you, your template access will be permanently revoked without warning.

If there is solid proof of commercial usage, template access will be immediately revoked without warning or explanation.
