What am I buying, and which terms apply?

Cub & Clover is operated by IZA NOIR LLC. Everything currently in our shop is digital. Your listing explains what you’ll receive, the format, and any apps or accounts you need. Devices, paid apps and subscriptions are separate unless the listing says otherwise. Etsy makes instant-download files available after payment is confirmed. Some downloads contain a guide with a template link. Custom orders follow the delivery date agreed before you buy. The listing and shop terms in place when you buy apply to your order, alongside your rights under applicable law. Later policy changes do not take away rights or benefits you already purchased.

Where do I download and open my files?

Sign in to Etsy in a web browser, open Purchases and reviews, and select Download Files beside your order. Guest buyers can use the link in their Etsy receipt email; check spam if it is missing. Downloads are not available in the Etsy app. For ZIP files: on Windows, right-click and choose Extract All; on a Mac, double-click; on an iPad or iPhone, tap the ZIP in Files. Etsy’s download guide: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-How-to-Download-a-Digital-Item

Can I request a custom order?

Message us before buying if you want a different size, layout, colour or other change. If we can take on the work, we’ll agree on the price, deliverables, number of revisions, delivery date and usage rights before you order. Custom work is not included in a standard download. The shop’s two-day cancellation policy still applies. If we cannot complete the agreed work, we’ll tell you and cancel and refund the order. Any later changes to the brief or price need your agreement.

Which planner format should I choose, and how do I set it up?

A Printable Planner is a PDF to print and write on. A DigiPlanner is a linked PDF for an iPad and a compatible PDF annotation app. A Smart Planner works in Notion. Check the listing for the exact format and requirements; devices, paid apps and subscriptions are separate unless included. For a DigiPlanner, import the file into your compatible app. For Notion, open the guide in your Etsy download, follow the template link, sign in, select Duplicate and choose your workspace. Then follow the included setup guide.

How may I use or edit my purchase?

Unless the listing gives a different license, your purchase is for personal and household use. Use it on your devices, keep backups, reprint it, or have a print shop print your own copies. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or give away our files, links or designs, including modified versions. Team, classroom or client use needs separate written permission. Buying does not transfer ownership of the design. What you write or add remains yours. You can add writing or text with a suitable PDF app. Editable source files for changing the original headings, artwork or layout are included only when the listing says so.

What if a file is faulty, missing or not as described?

If a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible or different from the listing, message us on Etsy with your order number and a description of the problem. For access problems, include your device, app and any error message. We’ll help resolve it and provide any correction, replacement, price reduction or refund you’re entitled to. The two-day cancellation window is not a deadline for reporting faulty or misdescribed products. These terms do not remove your rights under consumer law or Etsy’s case process.

Which printable sizes are included, and how should I print?

Every Printable Planner purchase includes Letter, A4, A5, A6, B6, Pocket, Personal and Personal Wide. You do not need to buy each size separately. Choose the file for your planner size and follow its printing instructions. Print one page first to check the size and leave enough room for binder holes before printing the whole set. You can reprint it for your personal and household use whenever you need another copy.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

You can request a cancellation through Etsy within two days of purchase. We’ll cancel the order and refund it in full. If you’ve already downloaded or copied the product, please stop using it and delete your copies after the refund. After two days, we don’t normally refund a purchase simply because you’ve changed your mind. This does not limit your rights if there’s a problem with the product.

What should I know about compatibility, support and updates?

Check the listing’s compatibility details before buying. Contact us if you’re unsure whether a product suits your device, app or accessibility needs. Screens and printers can display colours differently. We help with the files and setup instructions we supply. We do not control third-party apps or their fees and service availability. Future collections, extra formats and redesigned editions are separate purchases unless your listing includes them. This does not exclude fixes or updates required by law, or anything we promised when you bought. Keep backups of your files and personal entries. Our products help you organize information. They do not replace medical, legal or financial advice.

What cancellation rights do EU and UK buyers have?

EU and UK buyers may have a statutory cooling-off right. Where that right applies to an immediate digital download, it ends only when the required consent and acknowledgement have been given, supply has begun, and any required confirmation has been provided. This does not remove rights concerning faulty content or our own two-day cancellation promise.
