Description

It turns out empty Tic Tac Containers are excellent storage for small craft supplies. In my own crafting area, I have 40 of these things loaded up with beads, pin backs, lobster clasps, googly eyes, mirrors, split rings, magnets, screws, etc. Because the boxes are clear, it is easy to find what I'm looking for and the flip top makes it easy to dispense. To help with organization and display, I designed and 3D Printed these hanging shelves to hold them.

Each shelf can hold 10 Tic Tac Containers. The shelf measures 10" long, 1" high and has about a 2 1/2" depth. Two sawtooth hooks are affixed on the back. The design includes little bumpers to make sure the shelf hangs right on your wall.

This shelf I included the humorous saying "I Create, Therefore I Hoard." It seemed fitting considering all the Tic Tac Containers I managed to fill up.

Courtesy of my mother's Tic Tac addiction, we have plenty of empty containers. You can of course, use your own, but if you need any containers to fill your shelf, we are very happy to include some of ours.

The design was made on the free modeling software Blender. It was 3D Printed on a MakerGear M2 using White Filament with black specs.

Behind the scenes of my work can be found on my 3D Printing blog at http://www.tgaw.com or my YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/tgaw3d
