Kumihimo Beaded Bracelet Ruby Pink Czech Glass Beads

Measuring 7.5” this Kumihimo Beaded Bracelet was hand beaded using Size 8 Czech Glass Beads in Ruby, Pink and Clear Seed Beads. The colors of each bead make it a perfect Valentine Gift! The Beads are added to 8 Strands of S-Lon Nylon Cord, whi are added to a Kumihimo Wheel; then braided by adding one bead at a time. Each end is finished with Sterling Silver Beadcap and closes with a Sterling Lobster Clasp. An extension can be added if needed.

Kumihimo Braiding is an ancient process developed in Japan dating back 1500 years, The braided beads were used to hold Samurai amour in place. The process evolved to a more decorative use by adding beads to 8 strands before braiding into a decorative design.
