Silk Flowers - Please treat our silk flowers same as you would treat real flowers. Our silk flowers are of the best quality out there, which also means that even though they won't wilt or die throughout your event, they still need to be treated with care and love. That way they will truly last you forever.

We process orders as soon as we receive them. We are also taking rush orders so please let us know by when would you like your order to be delivered by and we will do so.

Please keep in mind that everything is handmade, therefore general waiting time as an average is 3-4 weeks.

As much as I try to create identical arrangements, my creative side will also try to add/improve a design. So copying a previous picture/ design is actually very difficult for me as i am always looking to improve and create. Regardless, you can be assured that your design will come as close as possibly to the listing's picture, whilst still staying unique to yourself.

If you are like me you would probably think twice before buying silk (artificial) flowers. That is because of how terrible some of them truly are. FOR UK ORDERS:
- Standard orders take 3-4 weeks to process and 1 day for delivery via UPS or TNT Express. Delivery is FREE.
- RUSH orders take 1-2 weeks to process and 1 day for delivery via UPS or TNT. RUSH FEE IS £25.

FOR USA ORDERS:
- Standard orders take 3-4 weeks to process and DELIVERY TAKES 7-10 DAYS via DHL Express. Delivery is FREE
- RUSH ORDERS take 1-2 weeks to process and 1 day for delivery via DHL Express or FedEX. RUSH FEE IS £25

Please do let us know if you have received a faulty product within a week max from delivery. Please be advised that anything reported later can not be dealt with anymore. Most faults would occur due to delivery so anything reported later won’t be dealt as the transport companies only allow us 1 week for reports. Thank you!
