Al mijn producten worden met de hand gemaakt en kunnen tegen een stootje, maar er moeten wel met een aantal zaken rekening worden gehouden.
Tipi's /Teepees:
Al mijn tipi's en kussens kunnen gewassen worden. Bij gebruik van een wasmachine moet u een handwas programma gebruiken en in de open lucht laten drogen. Gebruik geen droogmachine.
U kunt de tipi's strijken.
Sieraden:
De sieraden kunnen best wel wat vocht hebben, maar ermee douchen of zwemmen raad ik sterk af. Ook uren in de volle zon raad ik af. Als het nat wordt kan het sieraad vervormen en in de zon kunnen verkleuringen ontstaan.
Ik gebruik de hoogste kwaliteit materialen, maar gebruik de sieraden met zorg, net zoals andere sieraden.

Alhoewel ik altijd snel verzend kan het gebeuren dat een pakje er wat langer over doet om bij u aan te komen. Dit geld voornamelijk voor buitenlandse verzendingen. Een pakje komt over het algemeen sneller aan dan brievenbuspost.
Hoe lang het duurt voordat uw bestelling aankomt hangt mede af van waar u woont en is daarom niet zomaar te zeggen. Vraag gerust hoe lang het ongeveer voor uw land kan duren.

Bij al mijn aangeboden producten staat vermeld binnen hoeveel werkdagen het product wordt verzonden. Meestal wordt het bestelde product ook binnen de aangegeven tijd verzonden, maar het kan voor komen dat er een vertraging ontstaat.

Sorry, maar daar doe ik niet aan mee. Ik krijg wekelijks verzoeken om mijn items weg te geven of te doneren in welke vorm dan ook, maar ik heb het al druk genoeg met de bestellingen van mijn klanten.
Ik raad mijn klanten altijd aan het pakket goed te volgen nadat ik het heb gestuurd. U kunt dan zien wanneer ze langs komen. Was u toch even afwezig? Neem dan contact op met uw postbedrijf om een andere afspraak te maken voor de levering of waar u het pakket op kunt halen.
Belangrijk: wacht niet te lang met het contact opnemen met uw postbedrijf of met het afhalen als u niet thuis was. Postbedrijven wachten meestal maar enkele dagen, daarna sturen zij het pakket weer terug. Eventuele kosten die daaruit voort komen zijn voor de rekening van de klant.
