Concrete with Soul
- When you receive your custom made product from Concrete Designs, you will be able to see and feel the story that it has to tell. You will be able to see the fluctuations in color and texture, you may even see evidence of how the concrete flowed into the custom made mold through the undulations in color and texture, you may notice the whisper of a fiber, or you may find a tool mark showing the love and care of our artisans hands.

- Sealer Your Concrete Designs product will come sealed with ICT Fusion Reactive Sealer, which reacts inside the concrete at the molecular level to provide stain and moisture resistance. This sealer is non-toxic and provides great resistance to moisture intrusion and staining agents. We do recommend protecting your surface from standing water or trapped moisture for prolonged periods and to clean up all spills. All natural surfaces, including concrete, need to breathe while being protected from staining agents. We do not use plastic coatings such as epoxies or urethanes as these do not allow the surface to breathe and they will wear away which will leave your surfaces unprotected while introducing microplastics into your home.

- Color. We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but we do not recommend relying solely on photos as lighting and various screen displays may not provide a true and accurate depiction. We do have color samples available so that you can verify the color choice in person. Please keep in mind that concrete is a natural material and will have some variation or deviance in final color appearance that is out of our control and color samples are an approximation of the final color. We will not provide refunds or replacements for any product due to natural variation of color or for the color not meeting expectations due to assumptions based upon the color names or images of colors.

- Approval It is the responsibility of the consumer to verify that all measurements, faucet holes, colors, shipping address, contact information, and all other details are accurate prior to production. Drawings and specifications for cabinetry, etc. can be submitted to Concrete Designs to aid in the design of the product; however, it is ultimately up to the consumer to verify that all project details are correct. Concrete Designs will not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the design, poor fit, misalignment, etc. We will build the product to the detailed specifications on the production sheet that is provided to and approved by the consumer. Concrete Designs will not begin production until these details are approved by the consumer. Any delay in approval may delay shipment of the finished product and Concrete Designs will not be liable for any damages, monetary or otherwise, due to delayed communication from the consumer.

- All of our sinks will hook up to normal plumbing, can be made to use wall mounted or deck mounted faucets, and can mount to a cabinet or they can be mounted as a floating vanity.

- Delivery You MUST check your product for shipping damages within 48 hours of delivery and notify us if there are any issues. We do not recommend storing your product in the crate long term, as this can trap moisture against the surface and lead to discolorations over time.

- If you don’t see what you want here or if you need a special size, just contact us and we will be glad to make it for you!

- Concrete inherently has color fluctuations and "imperfections" that contribute to the character and raw beauty of this wonderful material. These are normal and do not indicate a flaw in the finished product. These attributes occur naturally and are not in our control. Refunds will not be provided because of natural color fluctuations, as these are not defects.

- Due to the number of color and size variations, all orders are custom made when you order.

- All of our products are hand-made, although rare, small variances in final measurements can happen up to 1/8."
