LOST PACKAGES DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS or USPS ERROR:
Please be sure to enter your correct address on Etsy. We are not responsible for lost packages due to faulty or wrong addresses. It is buyer's responsibility to have the correct address with Etsy, and to have a safe place for postal worker to deliver your item(s). If the item is not returned to us, it is your responsibility to pay for a new item. If package is returned to us via your postal service, you will receive a refund minus shipping.

Refunds for lost packages when seller files with insurance company and/or buyer reports stolen package to their local police department. At this time, we will work together to get paperwork done so refund can be given.

REFUNDS (no exchanges):
Buyers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, with the same packaging in which it was sent, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds given for cost of item only.. no refunds for shipping costs.

** ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE TRACKING AT CUSTOMERS' EXPENSE. In USA, tracking comes with First Class shipping.
**Seller Error - If return is due to a mistake in your order, return shipping will be paid by seller. Item must be returned within 7 days of notifying seller of problem and must be returned in same condition in which it was sent. If seller receives item back in damaged, in non re- sellable condition, refund will not be given.

PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE BY A DATE YOU DESIRED?:
The USPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date, and neither do we.
This is not a justifiable excuse to return.

***Approved returns are subject to a 20% fee if not returned in it's new original condition, and will not include the original shipping costs. If seller receives item back in damaged, in non re- sellable condition, refund will not be given.
