This is an amazing 1930's oriental needle holder. It is sterling, with a gorgeous jade ball at the bottom of the pull. If you haven't seen one of these, and not everyone has, look at the pics please. The Imperial Jade ball is the pull to release the needle chamber from the pendant (person's) body. After retrieving a needle, simply let go & it retracts on it's own. (gravity). The pendant is 3", with it's chain (which ends at the round loop) is 6.25". These were worn on robes or attatched to chatelains. This piece has been in my collection & on the 24" hand made silver chain you see in the pictures. It will come to you that way. (as it's been for 25yrs).
Will come gift boxed
