My experience with Nadya has been stellar. She was wonderful to engage with and very responsive to my queries. To top it off, I love, love, love my cape! Craftsmanship is impeccable and the item was just as described. I am 6ft and was worried about how it would fall and it far exceeded my expectations! I was able to wrap myself in it rather comfortably! The cashmere is luxurious and warm. l love it so much that I will order in another color! The one drawback was the shipping. I did not get the item in time for my event, however I still gave 5 stars for shipping as it was of no fault of Nadya’s but that of FedEx. Nadya did all she could to ensure it would reach me in a timely fashion. Great overall experience and I will definitely revisit this store! Thanks, Nadya!.

Exactly the color I wanted and like what the photo shows. Size runs a little bit larger than I expected but I still love it. Great quality and Nadya is extremely nice and patient. Shipping is super fast and well packaged. My cat really loves the adorable gift (which is really cute!) she made. I will come back if I find another piece I love.
