Highlights
Make a beautiful Hunter's Star quilt with this no-waste pattern. No templates, no Y-seams, and no extra seams! It is made using the traditional method which includes diamonds and trapezoids, but this is an easy finish and an excellent pattern to begin with if you've never pieced with those shapes before. It comes together much faster than many of the "shortcut" patterns for the hunter's star.
One block finishes at 6" square, and it takes 4 blocks to complete a star, so every 12" there will be a complete star in the center where the blocks intersect. Each star should finish at approximately 7" from point to point.
