I can hardly wait to get started on this pattern. I've never done paper piecing. The instructions look thorough and easy to follow. I hope to finish TWO lanyards by the time my sister and I go to Quilt Week in February (Daytona Beach). Thank you for the quick response time! Added 1/13/2020: I found the binding instructions a bit confusing, but finally figured out. I love the way it turned out. Save all those tiny scraps. They come in handy for this project!

Adorable pattern and quilt. Pattern was easy to increase size% in print mode (I upped it to 115%). Pieces fit perfectly together. Am making 2 for an upcoming dual shower, and added a pink bow on Gigis head for girl, and blue bowtie on Gigi for boy.

What a fun sew! These pieces are really tiny and oh so cute! Currently a work in progress. Know it will be perfect when finished. There is a larger diagram showing the order to sew pieces together. I plan on using the larger diagram as a paper piecing template to make some bigger squares for a tote accent. It is like getting two patterns in one. Instructions are well written and yes you do need to read the instructions. Fun and challenging project.
