Due to many factors, sterling silver will tarnish over time. This is a natural occurring process. To clean, use a professional silver cleaning. To keep pieces from oxidizing, seal them in an air tight zip lock bag.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I send all my jewelry in gift wrapping without extra charge.

If for any reason the address you provided is incorrect, the Post Office will return the package back to me. This takes some time. When it comes back to me, I will mail it back to you, to the address you want. The time it takes to get back to the sender cannot be calculated, because postal policies vary from country to country.

In jewelry lists that contain sizes, or personal engravings such as rings and collars, as well as in custom and personalized jewelry that has been created to order, changes and returns are not accepted.

Refunds are made when the product is returned to me.

About the shipping in the USA
