Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are happy to accommodate customizations and personalizations. When you request a custom order, we will work with you on your desired item and quote you on price and production time. Production will not begin until artwork approval is received. Please be aware that custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled after payment is received. Once your order is placed, we start right away on designing. Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or returns unless arrived damaged. See our Return Policy.
All of our products that have a handmade decal are HAND WASH ONLY. Do not soak. Careful washing around edges of decal. NO microwave - this includes our mugs.

For APPAREL: each item listing states care instructions based on the materials being used. If you are ever unsure, please contact us before washing or drying.
In the unlikely chance that you should receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please message us within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of the confirmed order delivery date with photographic evidence. Once we have confirmed your claim, we will contact you to ship the goods back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of goods, we will have another one reship to you.

We are not liable for lost packages caused by USPS or any other mail provider.
If you need your order soon, we offer Rush Orders. Your order will then go to the top of our queue. Add "Rush My Order" to your cart along with your order. Be sure to include the date you need it in the Notes to Seller section when placing your full order. Please keep in mind, this does not affect your shipping time - only production time.
