BACK STORY
The 12th sign of the zodiac, Pisces is known as Mina in Bali where the prevailing religion is Hinduism.

In Hindu Vedic astrology, Pisces/Mina is one of the most auspicious signs.

The fish is a symbol of fertility, prosperity and regeneration and two fish clinging to each other's tail represent the balancing of two polarities.

Achieving balance in life and the universe is the goal of every Balinese and the purpose of the never-ending cycle of offerings they make throughout their lives.

Vishnu – known in Bali as Wisnu - is one of the principal deities of the Hindu trinity, and according to legend, he appeared on earth at the time of creation in the form of a tiny fish to save the world from a great flood.

Hindus believe it is an auspicious omen to see a fish at the beginning of any journey or important undertaking.

In Bahasa Indonesia, the term for little fish is “ikan kecil”. Ikan = fish. Kecil (pronounced kechil) = little.
