- All packages are sent with delivery confirmation, and are packaged with the utmost care and insured against loss or damage.
- Orders process once payment has been received.
- All US orders include tracking for your package.
- Although International shipments include tracking, only certain countries are traceable within the US postal system.

SOAP FAVOR SHIPPING
All soap favors are made to order and scheduled to ship 1 - 1-1/2 weeks prior to your actual event date. Due to our order volume and scheduling, if something comes up and you need delivery sooner, it must be requested within one week of ordering. Due to the volume of orders we receive and scheduling, we cannot accommodate a mid-order changes to the planned ship date.

DELIVERY / TRANSIT TIME
Please note: Delivery times can take longer, due to unforeseen postal delays.
- We are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by the post office.
- First Class (within the USA) on average is 2-4 business days.
- Priority Mail (within the USA) on average is 2-3 business days.

Once your order ships you will receive notification with tracking from Etsy. This email includes a link for tracking your package.

If you are in a rush for your item please contact me prior to ordering and I will confirm if I can meet your need-by date. Delays in transit are possible and beyond our control. For time sensitive orders, please contact me prior to ordering with your date needed to confirm if we can meet your deadline.

PURCHASING MORE THAN ONE ITEM
Many items can safely ship together in a Flat Rate Priority box, reducing shipping costs. When purchasing two or more items you can contact me prior to submitting your order with your mailing zip code, and I will verify the shipping costs.

US SHIPPING
Items ship by First Class, Priority mail, and/or FedEx or UPS, and include Delivery Confirmation for online status checking and proof of delivery. You can check tracking via the order, or at www.usps.com by putting your tracking number provided in to the search box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is by either First Class International or Priority International, depending on the final shipping weight. Delivery to International addresses can take from 2 to 8 weeks. If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within this time, please contact me.

INTERNATIONAL VAT, GST & DUTY FEES
Our prices Do Not include VAT, GST, or any tax or fee your country charges for importing products. Located in the US, we do not collect these charges. All international customers are responsible for any import fees and taxes that are levied by their government or postal service.
-- We do not refund shipping on returned or refused orders. If the package is refused, we will refund your order minus all shipping and any fees incurred for the package to be returned to us.
