Returns and exchange details

The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons. In accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the buyer has a period of seven (7) days from the receipt of the articles ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, the Return costs being borne by the buyer. Any returned item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. All returns must be notified in advance by sabine@decartonetdetoiles.fr
Any item damaged by the customer can not be taken back. The returned item will be refunded, but not the postage. The reimbursement will take place at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right of withdrawal has been exercised.
After the seven-day period, any item delivered will be considered as accepted by the customer and in conformity with his order and can no longer be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Exception in the event of an error by De Carton et d'Étoiles: any article sent to the buyer by mistake can be returned for an exchange or a refund. In this case, the expenses of return will be the charge of De Carton et d'Étoiles.

Shipping policies

The items will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer in Paypal when paying for his order.
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the package and the method of dispatch.
De Carton et d'Étoiles is shipping in metropolitan France, in the French overseas departments and territories, in the European Union and throughout the world.
The parcels are transported by La Poste.

Problems with delivery:
De Carton et d'Étoiles is not liable for any delays, thefts, losses or deterioration of the parcel by La Poste.
If the insurance of the Post is triggered, De Carton and Stars will be able to return or refund your articles to you.
