Two vintage gourmet cookware pans by Spring of Switzerland... copper exterior, stainless steel interior and solid brass handles....

These are Culinox pans, which is the name Spring brothers gave to their copper clad stainless line of cookware in 1963... these are stamped 72 and 73.

Wow!... these estate items look to not have been used... the factory lacquer is still on the pans ... there are some light scratches to the interior of the braiser pan and some other light storage wear, otherwise, no damage, no dents, etc.

8" x 13" x 1-1/2" oval fish poaching or suate pan . 20" with handle
weigh 2.25 lbs

6-1/2" x 11-1/4" x 1-1/4" oval saute braiser pan . 13-1/2" wt handles

"The history of the Spring brand is a chronicle peppered with important milestones and a wealth of culinary ideas. The company was founded in 1946 by the Spring brothers, who were dedicated to uncompromising quality and innovation from the outset. Everything has always revolved around the people who actually use our equipment – home gourmets and professional chefs devoted to fine, sophisticated, superior cuisine. Over the years, Spring has repeatedly come up with products that have gone down as absolute firsts in the history of cooking and dining."

Please note... if you purchase these to cook with, the factory protective lacquer coating will need to be removed... acetone or by boiling... various discussion about this can be found online.
