What is a custom order? It is an item(s) created specifically for you at your request made to your specifications, including custom sizing altered to your specifications, including (but not limited to) metal changes, length of necklace or bracelet, etc. Custom items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

How to select a size for bracelets?
Always consider minimum 0.5 inches more than your exact wrist size, slightly more for larger stones (8mm+). You can measure your exact wrist size using a string, by wrapping a string around your wrist, not too tightly nor slack.

It is recommended to keep your jewelry dry; remove when showering, swimming, sweating.

​It is not recommended to sleep with your jewelry in order avoid it from getting caught, pulled, damaged or lost.

Storing your jewelry :
Be sure to keep your jewelry stored in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and away from exposure to the air (especially to prevent polished silver or 14k gold filled pieces from tarnishing). Store pieces individually in your inherstudy pouch for safe keeping (or a small sealed ziplock): storing your pieces separately also prevents any chance of jewelry scratching or tangling with each other.
