Angry Cat is all dressed up for the season in a cute little bear hat! I will ship these out dressed and ready for winter cuddles in a hat of your choice: black bear, polar bear or panda bear.

Hats are stretchy, removable, and can even be shared with actual cats (note: please use with care with actual pets). Hats are made from soft fleecy material and can be taken on and off Angry Cat as desired.

Returns and exchange details

Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in very special cases (such as extreme damage or wrongly shipped items). If something is wrong, please feel free to send a private message.

Shipping policies

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for me to process and ship your order. If you require something faster (and faster shipping), please let me know.

All packages ship out through USPS with tracking numbers. Domestic orders can take a few days to a week to arrive; International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, so please plan accordingly.

** IMPORTANT** Please check your address when you order. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrectly given address. If a package is returned, I will reship, but the buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping charge OR I will refund the cost of the item (less shipping already paid).

For international customers, any custom duty fees or tax incurred from importing your order is your sole responsibility. Please order with care and consideration of this. If there are customs fees, you are responsible for paying them, and your post office may hold your parcel until paid.

If an item is marked as "delivered," but you did not receive it (it was stolen from your mailbox, etc.), I can no longer replace the item at full cost. Buyer will be responsible for 1/2 the cost of the item + shipping if they would like a replacement. If mail theft is common in your area OR your post office is prone to losing things, please contact me about insurance after you order.

Additional policies

I take very special care in packaging items for shipping. Large posters will be shipped rolled in cardboard mailing tubes. Smaller items, such as postcards, will be shipped in small mailing envelopes with cardboard backing.
