You can choose from popular sizes in each listing but if you need help finding a size that is not so common, please send me a message and I will do my best to find a way to get you your special size.

I gave the wrong address, What can I do?!

You must inform me immediately (within 15 minutes of ordering) if the address is incorrect. You will need to purchase again and provide the correct address . After you purchase again, your original order will be cancelled and refunded. NOTE: This only applies if the order and/or shipping label has not already been processed. If the label has already been printed or the order has already been shipped, it's too late to change your address, there wont be anything I can do to redirect the order to the new address. If you need it quickly and can't wait, I suggest ordering another and you'll be refunded for the original order if/when it is returned to me. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address.

What does a Shipping Upgrade do / Not do?

A shipping upgrade DOES NOT make production faster. It DOES make shipping faster. If you're worried about getting it in time, send me a message first and I can let you know if it's possible. The number of shipping days are BUSINESS DAYS. Weekends are not counted. For example: If you have paid for 2 day shipping and the order is shipped on a Friday afternoon, you would expect to have it on Tuesday. (Unfortunately this is not up to me, its just the way shipping companies work) Please note that I will not guarantee delivery on or before a specific date (even with a shipping upgrade) It is the buyer's responsibility to leave plenty of time for the order to arrive when ordering for a special event such as a holiday or gift giving day.

Do you accept order changes or cancellations?

Orders are held for one hour once they are received. Cancellations and changes are only available within one hour of ordering. I try my best to have orders processed (printed and packaged for shipping) really soon after you place your order. The sooner I have your order processed, the sooner you receive it, the happier you are! I might (no promises!) be able to make an exception IF you can get in touch about a change or cancellation before your order has been put in line for production and only if I have not started any step of the printing process. If your order has been put in line for production or shipped, I am not able to offer a cancellation.

My order is late! What do I do?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, do get in touch and let me know. You will need to confirm your address and then I can take a look at your order. I will most likely ask you to wait 14 business days after your estimated arrival date because orders are very rarely lost, most in this situation are just running late. Any issues with your order must be reported directly to me via Etsy messages, before leaving a review, and within 30 days of ordering. I will always respond to your message within 24hrs.

I was expecting something different to what arrived, can I return my order?

It's very rare, but if there was a mix-up on my end and you received the wrong item, I'm always happy to send the correct item free of charge; there's no need to return what you did receive. Just get in touch as soon as the incorrect item arrives, before leaving a review, and I'll get your replacement out ASAP! I do not offer the option to return orders.

My Order arrived damaged! What do I do?

Damage is rare but carriers are not always as gentle as we would like them to be. If your order arrives damaged, always get in touch to let me know ASAP! Any damage should be reported to me within 7 days of delivery, before leaving a review and before opening a case. It's important that you send me a photo of the damage to the print and *also the damage to the box or envelope*, so a damage report can be filed. A replacement will be sent free of charge; there is no need to send your damaged item back.
