Eco-friendly Biodegradable, Compostable Dish Scrubbies - Plastic Free! (Set of 2)

Please read below before buying from my store - I always keep this page updated with the latest details that may affect shipping to a particular country. I believe that keeping my customers as informed as possible can avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings or disappointments with regards to delivery times.

***************************************************************************************
I aim to post orders within 1-3 full working days after receiving cleared payment. To keep you as informed as possible, I will always email you to confirm that your item has been dispatched.

*****UK Buyers:***** Postage is by 2nd Class standard mail for all orders. Recorded delivery can be arranged if preferred and will cost 85p extra, if you would like this service don't hesitate to contact me and I will amend the listing for you to show the recorded service. Orders that value over £50.00 will be sent via Special Delivery.

**** International Buyers ****International orders are all posted via standard Air mail without delivery confirmation or tracking, this service helps to keep costs down for you and to date I have found this service to be very reliable. Within the EU estimated delivery by Royal Mail is 5-10 full working days (excluding weekends) and all other countries 7-10 full working days (excluding weekends), however please bear in mind that delivery times can be affected by customs procedures/any increase in security checks and postal services in your own country. Royal Mail recommend allowing up to 4 weeks for delivery. ***If you are concerned about the security of your order please convo me about 'Signed For Delivery' or 'Tracked Delivery' which costs $8.00 extra.**

****Lost/Missing Parcels****
I do take responsibility for lost/missing parcels but it is very rare that a parcel goes missing and I will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order. Our Royal Mail won't consider an item lost until 28 full working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) have passed so i am unable to begin the claims procedures for lost/missing parcels until after that period of time, and will be unable to refund or replace until the parcel has had 28 full working days to arrive. After the 28 period has passed you will be offered a full refund or a replacement. However, please be patient it is very rare for parcels to be lost. I unfortunately have absolutely no control over postal services.

I am not responsible for any customs taxes/duties payable in your country. I don't include an invoice in your package, your package will include your order and a business card. If you want an invoice please let me know in the "notes to seller" section after purchase.

Many thanks for taking the time to read this.
