This journal rocks! I've been on a weight loss journey and decided instead of counting calories and hating myself that I would just journal so I could be more intentional! I'm SO thrilled to have found this one! There are so many reminders to stay positive and practice self-care and it's cute and compact!
I adore this journal. It's my second one. I started using it to track not only my food intake but also my mental health when dealing with breastfeeding an allergy baby. Now that the baby is weaned, I'm still journaling my food because I've found it to be such a great, mindful practice. And I love that the journal is interspersed with reminders to be good to yourself. It's a gem. Thanks!
I love this journal!! It's small enough to take with me places and it has lovely little motivational pages throughout. It also forces me to use cute and fun pens! It really does help keep me on track with more mindful food choices because I remember things that I write down more than I type in. So excited to have it! :)
I need to track my food intake, but didn't want to get caught up in numbers or anything too strict. This journal is perfect! I love the spaces to track, which allow me to draw, write, whatever feels right at the time. I especially love the positive messages throughout the book.!
