I gladly accept custom and personalized orders. However, I do not make anything with licensed characters or images.
My current processing time is 3-5 business days for most items unless otherwise stated in the specific listing. These times are subject to change depending on volume of orders, however I will always update the listings to reflect the correct processing time.
Actual shipping times vary, but for the U.S. most customers receive their orders within 3-5 days of shipping. Most European orders arrive within 2-3 weeks of shipping. Please note that I cannot guarantee actual shipping times as that is out of my hands.
Shipping costs are determined by the exact weight of items, method of shipping, and where it is being shipped to.
All orders include a tracking number and insurance at no extra charge to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to find a solution to meet your needs. If you are returning an item to me you must contact me prior to shipping it back to me, and it must be returned in its original condition- not worn, washed, or stained. I photograph all items before shipping for comparison.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. Your return or exchange will not be processed until the original item has arrived back to me.
If your item is damaged in transit I will need photo proof of the packaging and the product to file the insurance claim. Once photo proof has been sent I will provide you with a shipping label to ship the item back to me.
I have over 29 years of crochet experience and I have taken years to source the best quality materials for my products. I do my absolute best to insure that the item I have handcrafted for you is in impeccable condition and has no defects. If you suspect that your product has a defect please contact me immediately and I will work with you to find a solution to meet your needs. I will require photo proof of the suspected defect.
