Matsalen means 'Dining Room' in Sweden.The illustration is inspired by a family home in Sweden. If you look closely the door frame shows the heights of the children that have spent time there over the years. This illustration was picked to be the cover design for Artist's Open House, Crystal Palace London in 2019 and is a limited edition series of 50.
This A2 giclée print is from an original pen and ink drawing printed on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm which is velvety smooth with a fine surface texture giving the print a feel of being hand-tinted.
The printed area is 440mm wide and 330mm high on A2 paper.
It will be sent wrapped inside a ColomPac® cardboard tube.
