"Thus says the Lord: Let not the wise glory in their wisdom, and let not the strong glory in their strength; let not the wealthy glory in their wealth; but only in this should they glory, in knowing and understanding me, that I am the Lord who does kindness, justice, and righteousness in the land; for in these I delight, says the Lord."

These verses from the book of Jeremiah (9:23-24) form part of the Haftarah portion for Parshat Tzav, in the book of Leviticus. Since bar or bat mitzvah students usually learn to recite the Haftarah portion as part of their debut, this design makes a great gift.

(Note that when Parshat Tzav coincides with a special Shabbat, we read a different Haftarah: the one for Shabbat HaGadol in 2020, 2021 and 2023, and for Shabbat Parah in 2024. This Haftarah portion from Jeremiah will be read on March 23, 2019 and on March 19, 2022.)

This piece is available in either a primary (rainbow) or pastel color palette.

All 11x14 frame options include matting. Wood frames with real glass are available in a light, dark, white or black finish. "Plexi" frame option (in white only) features PVC construction with a pane of clear polystyrene in place of glass - lighter weight and great for kids' rooms (budget-friendly too).
