Custom and personalized orders

They are welcome! Many items can be customized and most of the leather work can have your initials or personalized messages added to them. Please contact us before ordering if you would like something customized. If you want an entirely new item created in our style please contact us. Any customized or personalized orders can not be refunded or exchanged.

Please ensure ALL sizing, color selections, dimensions or measurements, and any further specifications required are clearly conveyed in the notes section of your custom order. If you need any guidance with this we would be more than happy to assist prior to purchase. Rings: further info on sizing Our wide metal ring bands fit differently than normal rings (due to how wide the band is). We suggested getting .5 or a full size up from your regular size. If you want to get your regular size you can open the ring band a bit (we make them adjustable) so you can take it on and off easily.

All items come with care cards. If you have any questions please feel free to email us.

Wholesale availability

Yes we do wholesale. Please contact us. We can also do something entirely new for your store, add your logo to the leather items and make custom tags just for you. Just about everything we do can be mixed and matched.

Why is my item slightly different than the one in the picture?

This is probably due to different angle of the item when the picture was taken or because the item had to be remade specially for you. Each piece is individually created. Because we do not do any casts or molds no two pieces can be created identically. The lines may be imperfect due to a matter of process which is all part of the fun of owning unique handcrafted pieces. Also, it is more likely to have pieces with slightly crooked lines than one with out. Well we strive to get our components to as close to perfect as possible but the reality is: every component is created individually and have it’s own unique characteristics. Pages or cover pages may have to be subbed out based on availability.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Items include a care card and may contain recycled packaging from other sources. We receive used boxes/packing peanuts/bubble wrap from friends and family and when possible we try to re use any boxes to reduce the amount of waste.

Why are refunds and returns not accepted on custom orders?

We offer inexpensive custom work in order to help bring your ideas to life. We provide guidance, mock-ups and professional input upfront to help ensure your project is as close to your vision as possible. That being said if in the end the idea is not something you like, or what you had imagined, it is unfortunately too late. Once the item is created as we have invested time into the design and construction and capital into the materials used. Custom items are specific to the buyer, which is what makes them unique and wonderful, but we cannot otherwise sell them so we cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns or issue partial or full refunds on any custom orders.

Why might my order be delayed by 1-3 days from the stated ship by date?

Due to the nature of the materials used the drying time for the dyes, oils and waxes on the leather or the inlays used on the metals can be somewhat unpredictable. This is due to weather or humidity, which can result in their taking a day, or few days, extra to dry. We will always do our best to ship as fast as possible and will keep your ship by date updated with any changes.

Why is the item I ordered disclosed on the invoice and waybill?

We comply with all customs and duties regulations. For these reasons we must have clearly displayed what is in the package, especially when it is leaving Canada, as per boarder regulations.

Can I contact you about my order outside of Etsy?

No. We abide by Etsy’s customer contact policies and for this reason all items being discussed on Etsy and/or purchased through Etsy must be discussed only through Etsy’s internal messenger. The reason for this policy is due to the increasing amount of scammers targeting handmade artisans. For this reason we cannot accept phone calls, external emails, text messages or external payments such as cheques or money orders.

This listing is for the gothic style men's or women's skull messenger or computer bag in brown or black leather. Our Skull flap Messenger Bag is an original design and handmade in our studio. This stylish bag is a great companion for a day out or while traveling and is the perfect place to stow your laptop, wallet, phone, tablet, cosmetics, and more! The Skull flap is thick, supple vegetable tan leather and is hand-carved, hand-tooled, hand-sculpted, and hand-dyed softening with time and use. The leather used for the body of this bag is luxuriously soft and feels comfortable when worn as a crossbody bag or slung over one shoulder. We hand-stitch our messenger bags with a waxed thread using a saddle stitch for an elegant, durable finish. This design features a fully adjustable shoulder strap and three compartments (two on the front and one on the back).

We offer this messenger bag in black motorcycle leather or comparably soft supple brown leather. You can also select between antique silver finishes or antique brass to give it your personal touch.

Color: available in brown or black leather. The black leather body of the bag is made from a luxurious motorcycle leather and the brown is made from a supple oil-tanned leather which will antique and distress over time.
