Electrophone SK55, Dieter Rams 1956. It is in a great condition.

height: 24,5cm
length: 58,5cm

First appliances of the Braun brand combining a radio and record-player were devised by the firm's founder, Max Braun, during the 1930's. The SK61 radio record-player of 1961 is both an evolution and an enhancement of the SK4 and SK5 lines designed, for the former, back in 1956. It was the joint effort of Dieter Rams and Hans Gugelot who, form the mid-195'0s, became the most influential personalities in defining an aesthetic specific to the Braun brand.

Nickname: "Snow White's coffin".
