My preferred form of payment is Paypal or Credit card. I'd like payment to be rendered within a week of purchase, and I ship immediately when received. Unfortunately, I only ship within the USA because I've lost too many packages and it's not fair to either myself or the customer.

If not, please send back the defective item and let me know if you would like a refund or exchange. Shipping policies
Each ring is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a cubed shipping box. These boxes are bigger than regular jewelry boxes so that they can accommodate the ring. The box is then placed in a padded envelope. They are very delicate and I do not want them to be damaged during shipment. I also use delivery confirmation. As I've said, I ship immediately upon receipt of payment and therefore you should receive your item promptly. International items, of course, will take longer to reach you.
