I recently purchased this for my mum for her birthday from my kids. She absolutely loves it, I was so impressed with the quality and the personalisation is just lovely. The kids each got to chose their own character and I asked if we could personalise it further to add my mums name which was no bother at all! Just lovely, so impressed!
