Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned. Returns and exchanges on custom orders are determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of fondue.

Shipping policies

We pride ourselves in our prompt shipping. Most orders ship within a week of the sale. The only delay in shipping would be if we're attending a craft fair out of state.
