Returns and exchange details

*We want you to be as excited when you open the box as the moment you made your purchase. If it isn't what you were thinking, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
*We will gladly accept returns of items in the same condition as they were sent for full refunds. Items must be shipped back to us within 21 days of the initial delivery date. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
*If the item arrives broken, you must send us photos of the damage to the outside packaging as well as the damage to the item within 14 days of delivery. We need this documentation for insurance claims.

*We ship through Fed Ex Ground, USPS Priority and/or USPS First Class. We always try to find the most affordable / fastest way to ship. Shipping prices are calculated to reach across the 48 contiguous states, most items are estimated based on flat rate boxes. Please message us for shipping quotes on oversized items.
*Please contact us for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or internationally. If you would like to add insurance to the item please contact us.
*We recycle all of our shipping boxes and even some envelopes, as well as 97% of the packing material.
