I make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Though I do not accept returns, if there is an issue with your purchase, please convo me within 24 hours of receiving your order, so that we can work it out.

All sale items, made-to-order pieces and custom orders are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items, made-to-order pieces or custom orders. If any alterations have been made to a piece it becomes a custom order and as such cannot be returned or exchanged.

I stand by the quality of my work and do not anticipate any issues. However, I will be glad to repair, free of charge (minus shipping), any normal "wear and tear" should it occur within 1 year of purchase.

All packages are shipped USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

INTERNATIONAL
All packages are shipped USPS First Class mail with insurance. As of January 2013, packages are shipped with delivery confirmation to limited countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
The buyer is totally responsible for any duties/taxes that may be charged when shipped internationally. We are not willing to alter the customs label on your package - it is illegal:)

All pieces are shipped in gift boxes. Please let me know if you would like a gift card included.

Deposits on custom orders and reserves are NOT refundable. It takes time and materials to design and craft your precious one-of-a-kind jewelry! If you are not comfortable with this, my apologies but you may want to rethink asking for a custom piece or a reserve :)

All custom orders are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
