This design was inspired by John Lennon’s handwritten notes on a sheet of New York Hilton stationary penned in the late 1960’s, which became the song, “Imagine”. It was released in 1971 almost word for word as originally drafted, and has become an anthem of peace loved the world over. But credit is also due Forrest Gump, because as everybody knows, he gave Lennon key phrases for the lyric as he was describing third-world living conditions when they were both guests on the Dick Cavett Show.

John Lennon wrote in black ink, but this version has been rendered in red, orange, blue, light teal, and green on white. Hand painted, firmly stuffed with polyester fiberfill in its own removable casing. Measures 12"x20”x5”. Available in black elsewhere in this shop. Designed, painted, sewn, stuffed, signed and copyrighted on an island not far from Seattle, where The Beatles’ arrival at SeaTac resulted in a near love-riot.

Imagine how great this will look in your abode. Great gift for a peace-loving Lennon fan.
