Returns and exchange details

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us ASAP. Returns must be pre-authorized and requested within 3 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns on rings that are smaller than size 6 or larger than size 8, as they have been custom made for your order.Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there has been an error on our part. Shipping overages over $2.00 are refunded.
Made-to-order pieces are NOT REFUNDABLE. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.

Orders under $ 50 will be shipped First Class Mail with tracking.If you prefer Priority, Overnight, or UPS, that is available for an upgrade fee- please ask us to arrange that for you. Most orders are shipped within five business days and often are shipping within two business days.If there is a delay, such as I need to order a stone or I will be out of town, you will be notified immediately.
