Description

A gentle, softly glowing combination of creamy freshwater pearls, clear crystal quartz pieces, and round and freeform beads of blue lace agate. Sterling silver lobster claw clasp, jump ring, and crimp covers. Strung on supple beading wire for optimal movement and durability.

Necklace length: Approx. 27 1/2 inches.

Returns & exchanges

I want you to enjoy your jewelry and be fully satisfied with your purchase. Within 5 (five) days of receipt, should you receive an item and decide you do not want it, please return the item at your expense (with insurance and delivery confirmation) in new and unused condition and I will refund the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes within 2 (two) days of receipt by me.

Beyond insurance coverage, SimplyLovely Jewelry cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive an item and would like to exchange it for another, please contact me within 5 (five) days of receipt of the original item.



Shipping policies

I place your jewelry in individual foil-covered boxes wrapped with ribbon. I then place these in a United States Postal Service Priority Mail box (unless otherwise noted; the angel pins, for example, are mailed in padded envelopes and sent First Class mail) and surround them with packing material so that they arrive in excellent, wearable condition.

Upon receipt of full payment, I will ship within 2 business days.

Domestic/U.S.: I ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

International: I ship United States Postal Service international First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Usually, domestic Priority Mail is delivered within 3-5 business days and international Priority Mail takes about 5-10 business days to be delivered. SimplyLovelyJewelry cannot be responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances once the package has entered the postal system.

Additional policies

I make my jewelry with durability in mind. With normal wear, each piece should last many, many years, however any piece of jewelry will break if it is mishandled or used in a way not intended (for example, a stretchy bracelet worn as a necklace, or a stretchy ring worn as a toe ring). If you have any questions about the weight, wear, or other possible issues of any of the jewelry you see in my shop, please contact me prior to purchase.
