FAQs

Due to the custom nature of items, returns, exchanges and cancelations are not accepted (no buyers regret, the smell of printing, or wrong size). As a small company, each shirt is made just for you so I do not keep inventory. PIease take a close look at the size chart and read the item descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges will only be issued if the item is damaged or incorrect. Item must be reported and accompanied by a photograph. A new item will not be sent until the damaged item is received. Items must be unworn & unwashed, in the condition in which they arrived, & returned within 7 days of purchase.

That odor you smell is a by-product of the printing method used to print the design. Currently, the printer manufacturers do not have a non-odorous, environmentally friendly printing product. Luckily, it is perfectly harmless and only temporary. Now that your tee is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

All orders are printed on demand. Please keep in mind, this means your item(s) take a little longer to get to you, but know that it's because they are being specially made, just for you! Current production time is 3-8 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS mail. There is an ESTIMATED shipping time of 3-8 business days but can take up to 15 days depending on your local Post Office and weather conditions.

The shipping time is in addition to production/processing time.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages or any other errors made by a third party delivery services. (This includes USPS, UPS, FedEx, DTL and any other delivery services).

You can see your tracking number here after your order has shipped: www.etsy.com/your/purchases You can use Etsy's tracking system to track your package and see estimated delivery date.

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order and before your order ships, please send me a message with the correct shipping information.

Packages that are delivered to the wrong address can be replaced once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer.

We suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package.

We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by delivery service error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.

Please check individual listings for product sizing details. If you are looking at a slim shirt, size up, they run small.

We work with a handful of some amazing manufacturers that are based in different parts of the US. They help me bring my designs to life and ensure that you're getting a professionally made item.

I currently do not wholesale.

All of my shirts are printed to order by a great printer who is out of state so that means that I cannot do local pickup, shipping only. Thanks!
