Item was very flimsy. It kept collapsing in my bag. Insert was also too short for my bag and didn’t protect the entire inside. I asked seller for refund, no refund was given due to them asking me to ship it back which would cost about the same amount that i would be refunded. Update 6/18/2021- after 24+ hours after me asking for a refund, seller offered me 1/2 the item cost as a refund, but then stated he saw my review and is now not going to refund me anything now. Buyer beware!!
